Description

While our modified version retains the flavor profile you know and love, it takes culinary and artistic liberties to produce a divine confectionary masterpiece. The core of the cake consists of several layers of a delicate and tender sponge cake that is infused with a light vanilla flavor and filled with aromatic coffee syrup. Resting on top of the cake are numerous dollops of velvety smooth mascarpone cream cheese that are studded with coffee beans and caramel drizzled chocolate discs. The mascarpone cream is also incorporated between the vanilla sponge layers.
